Apartment 34 with views of Central Park to the west and New York City skyline to the south, was a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath condo with ample closet space. The entire home was fully renovated and outfitted with high quality, top of the line product. Whether the sun was rising or setting we were always inspired by the view.
In the kitchen we started by removing the center wall separating it from the living room. We extended the floor plan 12 inches closer to the front hallway, which allowed us to add a pantry and extra cabinet space. Additionally we added extra cabinetry along the sidewall next to the stove for more storage and functionality (other apartments utilized this space for dinning). High-end appliances and a farm sink finished off the space.
Throughout the apartment the old flooring was replaced with new hardwood and trim, rooms were painted and the ceiling was scrapped and refinished for an updated look. Both bathrooms were gutted and built out with new fixtures, tile and vanities. A rain shower with jets was added to the master bath. Custom doors and closets were installed and finished with high-end hardware. The closet interiors were designed with a multitude of shelving, drawers and hanging space for extra storage and all light fixtures in the apartment were replaced. New furniture and finishing touches were added throughout. If you would like to learn more about this project or our work please contact us.
